Refrigeration Times

A good rule of thumb when refrigerating leftovers, including canned food, is 4 days.

Below is a rudimentary chart about opened, canned foods.  If you know some that I’ve missed please comment.

Baby foods 2-3 days
Beans, refried 2-3 days
Chocolate syrup 6 months
Coconut shredded 6 months
Fish, Meats, Poultry 2 days
Fruit 4-7 days
Milk, Condensed 8-10 days
Milk, Evaporated ? days
Olives, Black 1-2 weeks
Tomatoes 5 days
Vegetables 3 days

Treat soups with meat as a meat item.
